Card Price Limits in SBC Solver

Add a pricing constraint to the SBC Solver that lets users define a maximum coin value per card.

Example behavior:

• User sets max price: 550 coins

• Solver only uses cards priced at or below that value

• If no valid solution exists under the limit:

  • Show a warning

This would be useful for repeatable SBCs and to maximize club stock.
