Add a pricing constraint to the SBC Solver that lets users define a maximum coin value per card.
Example behavior:
User sets max price: 550 coins
Solver only uses cards priced at or below that value
If no valid solution exists under the limit:
Show a warning
This would be useful for repeatable SBCs and to maximize club stock.
