Important Leagues Exclusion in SBC Solver

Add an option in the SBC Solver to define important leagues that should be avoided when generating solutions (i.e.: Premier League, LaLiga).

This would help prevent the solver from consuming League SBC valuable cards unless the user explicitly allows it.

Example behavior:

• User marks Premier League and LaLiga as important

• Solver prioritizes other leagues first

• If a solution is not possible without those leagues:

  • Prompt the user or require an explicit toggle to allow usage

  • Do not assume permission by default

This gives users more control and avoids accidentally breaking League SBC progress.
